Interim Management

In particular as it regards economic difficulties specific experience in short-term planning and implementation of restructuring measures is required. Holdings often are faced with resource bottlenecks that are critical to their success – lacking management capacities result in significant losses in revenues or total losses (insolvencies).

SANISTRA supports company operations in the event interim management and/or solutions to special situations are required in the following areas:

Implementation of required restructuring measure in poorly performing subsidiaries(The basis is the findings derived from their holding controlling reports)
Performance improvement for the preparation of an orderly exit (goodwill improvement to attain target key figures)
Company reorganizations to avoid the total loss (insolvency) of essential portfolio companies (operational, out-of-court and/or judicial solution)
